Grace Sai

You absolutely need to hear about Grace Sai. This girl’s the real deal. She’s a YC W22 alum, which means she crushed it in the startup world just like that. But what’s crazy is her process, it’s all about jumping into big ideas and making them happen. She’s been deep in the game with Unravel Carbon, a company that’s all about using data and software to help big enterprises fight climate change. Yeah, she’s running a startup that’s actually changing the world, not just chasing profits.

Before all this, she was part of the scene that gets tech and sustainability, and she’s also a mom, which makes her even more impressive. Balancing startup life and motherhood? No cap, that’s some advanced hustle. She’s been featured in articles from Y Combinator, Bloomberg, Apple, and others, all talking about how she’s helping companies get serious about sustainability using data and tech. That’s her thing, turning complex problems into simple, expandable solutions.

What I get from her story? It’s all about passion and purpose. Grace didn’t just start a company to make money. She’s driven by a bigger mission, fighting climate change, making enterprise software that actually matters. She’s someone who’s not afraid to jump into tough problems, learn as she goes, and keep pushing forward. That’s what startup life is all about. You fall, you get up, and you keep grinding because you believe in the impact.

Bottom line? Grace Sai is the kind of founder who proves that if you’re passionate about something and willing to work your ass off, you can build something that’s not just successful but also makes a real difference. She’s a reminder that startup founders aren’t just about the hustle, they’re about changing the game. That’s why she’s so important.
