That’s where he really got his hands dirty in a huge market, figuring out how to connect shippers and trucks via mobile. The hustle paid off, and he helped grow it into something that’s part of the YC fam now.

And then, the big leap – co-founding Landeed, which is straight-up significant. They’re all about making property title searches in India way easier using AI and ML. Think about it – millions of downloads, coverage across 24 states, and they just raised a $5 million Series A led by 10x. That’s some serious traction. ZJ is leading the charge on the tech side, coaching the team on React Native, React, growth, hiring – basically building a startup that’s transforming property rights in India.
