Started out crushing it as a top high school and college runner, three state titles, NCAA third place with Stanford, no cap. Running’s obviously her thing, but she’s all about pushing limits, physically and mentally.

She studied engineering at Stanford, a big deal, right? And she was a student athlete there, so she’s always been about that dual hustle. After Stanford, she jumped into the professional world with a mechanical engineering internship at HP. She was working on printers, organizing design thinking workshops, basically, she’s always been hands-on, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.

But her true spark? It lit up when she got involved with the Hacking for Defense program at Boise State. That’s where she took her engineering skills and started thinking bigger, solving real-world problems, having an effect. That’s also when she co-founded Lumineye, which is honestly next level. Lumineye makes through-wall sensors for first responders and soldiers, basically tech that can see through walls, saving lives. They got into Y Combinator in 2019, which is like the Olympics for startups. That’s huge. It’s clear she’s not just playing around; she’s in it to change the game.

On top of that, she’s got this entrepreneurial streak running through her veins. She owns and runs marketing at Fleet Feet Meridian, and she’s super involved in the local running scene, race director for the Boise Trail Run and an elite athlete herself, competing in mountain, trail, track, and road races. She even made Team USA for the 2021 Mountain Running World Championship. That’s no joke. She’s out here living her passion, pushing her athletic limits, and inspiring others.

And she’s giving back, too. She’s on the advisory board for Boise State Venture College and the Secretary for the Mountain Ultra Trail Committee at USA Track & Field. Basically, she’s shaping the future of the sport and supporting startups at the same time. Her process shows she’s driven by a deep desire to solve problems, push boundaries, and create impact.
